also known as Arthur J. Park Esq.
I was born in Griffin, Georgia. I attended the University of Georgia where I received a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, in 2007. I then attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where I graduated in the top ten percent of my class, magna cum laude, in 2010. During law school, I served as a member of the Mississippi Law Journal’s editorial board.
I previously worked with an insurance defense firm in Bluefield, West Virginia for two years. I remain an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Virginia and West Virginia, in addition to my membership with the State Bar of Georgia. For four years, I served as the editor of the Aviation Law Section Newsletter and was selected as a Rising Star in Georgia in 2018 and 2019.
I have authored numerous articles including Fixing Faults in the Current Default Judgment Framework, 34 Campbell L. Rev. 155 (2011) and What to Reasonably Expect in the Coming Years from the Reasonable Expectations of the Insured Doctrine, 49 Wilamette Law Review 165 (2012). I have also taught various CLE courses involving aviation and civil defense.
