The plain ... tiff alleged that a product defect in the LG television caused the blaze. However, the trial court granted LG's motion to exclude the plaintiff's lead expert under Daubert. The trial court then granted summary judgment in favor of LG. The Court of Appeals of Georgia affirmed.
