Didn't finish what was paid for.

He failed to obtain a copy of the transcript from my hearing to make sure that everything we knew was correct. He would not follow up on a simple question I had about my sentence. He was very rude when I went to ask said question, yelled "your case is over!" and then hung up the phone on me. Highly u...nprofessional. Very impatient man. Paid him good money to say two whole sentences at my hearing and he couldn't even pronounce a few of the medical issues I have. For example; he couldn't say I had a cholecystectomy, and he couldn't say that I also have bradycardia. He completely messed that up during the hearing which could be detrimental to some cases.

A good man, honest, dependable and trustworthy

I hired Mr. Jackson in 2010 and has since made a friend, whom I have tremendous respect for. He's always been there for me, always answers his phone, and has ALWAYS treated me with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend Mr. Mark Jackson to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, reasonable attorney who will answer to every call and email!

I hired Mr Jackson to take over my case because I was not happy with my current attorney. He had the answer to every question I asked concerning the law and what applied to my case. He answered the phone every time I called. I even called him in an emergency one night at 2am and he answered and gave ...me specific instructions on how to handle my situation. I will not hesitate to hire him again if I need a good attorney.

Extremely Dedicated - went above and beyond

No one ever wants to hire a Criminal Attorney but working with Mark Jackson certainly made my family's situation a bit easier to deal with, A LOT easier actually. We required sufficient hand-holding and he was patient, communicated clearly, and followed up with us when necessary. He is dedicated t...o his clients and has a very good demeanor. I will highly recommend Attorney Jackson to all friends and family.
