zero professionalism
I'm very disappointed. Last month I realized they've been taking more money from me than what's in the contract, and I called to complain. I've been waiting for a response for over 20 days, and now I see in my account that they've taken money again. They're truly unprofessional, and they sent my work...

Great lawyer!
