About Zachary-Jon
Biography
Zachary Gaeta was born in Chicago, IL and received his law degree in a law school in Minnesota. He graduated from University of Georgia where he double majored. Since his academic studies in law school, Zachary gravitated toward leadership roles where he served as President of the Latino Law Student Association and an elected representative for student body government. Zachary served as a prosecutor with the Clayton County Solicitor General’s office and now uses his unique prosecution experience to help defend his clients in criminal, family and personal injury cases.
Zachary is an active member or American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys (AAPDA) and Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (GACDL) where he has tutored continuing legal education for other attorneys. In addition to being barred in state courts around Georgia, Zachary Gaeta is also barred in Georgia Appeals Court, Supreme Court of Georgia, and Federal District Courts of North Georgia and Middle Georgia.
