This review relates solely to Mr. Jones’s handling of my case and the outcome that was achieved. Throughout our interactions, he was courteous and reasonably communicative. I was involved in a T-bone collision that resulted in my SUV being declared a total loss. Although the vehicle was still driv...able, it was my only form of transportation. Following the resolution of my claim, I received a settlement that I did not feel adequately compensated me for my losses, and the other driver’s insurance company took possession of my vehicle. At the time, I was employed part-time as a STEM instructor with the Boys & Girls Club. Because my work location was more than 30 minutes from my home, I was unable to afford daily rideshare transportation after losing my vehicle.
