I'm a Business Lawyer and I represent business owners helping them with matters throughout the "life cycle" of the business from organization, to raising capital, operational matters, negotiating credit facilities, to exit transactions mergers/acquisitions, ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) transactions or transfer to the next generation. I'm a former capital partner and Business Law Practice Group Leader of AmLaw 100 firms. I enjoy merging the sophistication and experience of the "Big Firm" law practice with middle-market matters - a traditionally underserved market.
