Good Lawyer

Peter represented me to handle a traffic violation. He is very professional and extremely thorough when it comes to legal matters. I would absolutely use his services in the future and highly recommend him to others that may be faced with a similar issue.

Family Lawyers that treat you as if you are family and not a paycheck.

My attorney was Peter Gross. He took my case which was multifaceted, regarding child support, visitation, custody, and even took into account out of state complications. His attention to detail was and is astounding, he never offered false assurance, instead he was completely transparent with me. Thi...s quality alone speaks volumes as to his character. It is far better to be told the honest truth, than to receive false comfort followed by disappointment when things do not go according to what you are told. He was meticulous with my case, exploring every facet and possible outcome with me, never offering me any false reassurance. Everytime I had a question or called with a concern he made sure to call me directly and address them with me. He never backed down, not to opposing council or anyone. He found the best avenues to engage with my case and pursued them vigorously. In the end my case was even settled out of court, due to his negotiating skills with the opposing council. The outcome was more than I could have hoped for, he is a blessing in a suit. In the end he did what was best for me and the individuality of my case. He never treated me like a number, or told me his caseload prevented him for working on my case. He is not just my lawyer now, now he is family, which is what he represents and fights for. Honestly a five star rating is just not enough for this man. He reminds you that you are a person, your issues really matter, he takes his time to make sure he addresses the things that are most important to you and your case. Lawyer, no, he's a highly educated family man, who found his true calling as a lawyer. He will fight for you, and if it means going the distance in front of a judge, we'll he's ready for that too. Would I hire him again....honestly, I wouldn't hire anyone else! Thank you Peter Gross, more than this review can ever express my eternal gratitude for what you accomplished with my case.

Horrible Experience

This isn't a case of sour grapes because, my case wasn't a loss and neither a win. This is simply to caution potential clients in the near future. Imagine retaining an attorney who then turns around and takes on a personal interest in the wellbeing of the opposing party, learn that private talks b...oth in court and outside of court took place in which your attorney refuses to divulge information then has the audacity to accuse you of acts told to him by a proven woman beater; this was my experience. This resulted in me being hurt and angry that lead to a "speaking my mind" moment to Mr. Gross through a flood of tears that eventually led to retaliation via Mr. Gross by wat of charging me for ridiculous things that neither he provided or never asked to do. In addition, he was extremely unprepared, barely retuned phone calls unless you make it known that you're recording the messages to him for documentation. He also can be very intimidated by certain Judges even with hardcore proof. I don't think he's a bad person, but he definitely needs a long course in being non judgmental, separating personal and professional and having empathy, especially in child custody/contempt cases. No client should feel emotionally and mentally drained and battered in dealing with their own legal counsel.

Awesome Attorney!

Pete was a godsend! I initially hired an attorney through my company prepaid legal service. When I met her I was excited at first because she talked a good game and sounded like she knew her stuff. However, when the case started my expectations went down hill as she would wait until the day of court ...to touch basis with me. She didn't prepare me on a strategy to win this case but would tell me that there is a chance I could lose my daughter, she said it was happening more and more in Fulton County and it almost seemed like she was preparing me to lose the case because she gave it little to no effort. I also think she was in over her head. When we went to court for the first time and I saw how little respect Fulton County judges had for her I was floored! It even hurt me and my daughter at first because my daughter's father got mother's day and two weeks in the summer instead of a reacclimation plan, in a different state even though he disappeared from my daughter's life and even in the face of the fact that my daughter never spent one night alone with him in 13 years! The kicker was when I found out word for word she was discussing me with the other side and speaking negatively about me when I was her client! I had zero faith in her and made the decision to switch attorneys to Peter Gross. This is where my case turned around! Pete fixed my motion so that it was legally sound. He sent my ex interrogatories that uncovered that he was an absent parent and he communicated with me regularly. I was never in the dark. Fulton County respects Pete as a great attorney. Above all, Pete was fair and fought like a bull dog for me. I not only won my case but I was also awarded attorneys fees! I wish I'd hired Pete first but I'm so glad he was highly recommended to me. I do believe he was a gift from God who helped save our family from a lot of pain!

Helped me to get the results I was looking for.

I was more than happy with the outcome of my divorce. Mr Gross's retainer fee, was actually less than 4 other attorneys that I had contacted first. The attorneys who were asking for a lesser rate, would have cost me significantly more over the full duration of the the case. I thought that I was going... to be nickeled-and-dimed, for everything, but that was not the case. I received an itemized letter every month and the initial retainer fee, covered all of my attorney's expenses. My case seem to last forever, but that was because my wife was being extremely difficult and I was trying to divorce her while residing in another state, hoping I would never need to fly into town to go to court. In the end, I did not have to pay my wife NOTHING, when I originally offered her a cash settlement to dissolve our marriage. I am not a patient person, and I am sure Mr. Gross was more than annoyed with me at times, however, he stuck by me, to insure I received the best possible outcome. Maybe I should have hired him when I got married. LOL...maybe
