Parental Care Oversight and Guidelines for Obtaining Funds For Veterans

Being a part of the post WWII baby boomers who find themselves "sandwiched" between the challenges of elderly parents with one a veteran of The Battle of the Bulge , and a daughter living at home with specials needs is both demanding and stressful. Mr. Hurley and his "family"/team guided me to set ...up an Irrevocable trust for Veterans for financial assistance for my parents who moved to a personal care home providing safety and peers as they were no longer able to live at home.The team also provides monitoring of my parent's care and makes suggestions to help meet their health needs. Finally, keeping Hurley Elder care as my parent's attorney allows me to have a 'sounding board' as family concerns and needs change.

VA benefits and elder care

Mr Hurley and his firm were tremendously helpful in acquiring VA benefits for my mother. Being an attorney myself I thought I knew a lot of what to do but Mr. Hurley and his expertise steered me through the VA process much more timely and effectively. He also was a great resource in other aspects o...f dealing with my mother and her care. Also was always available for my questions. I couldn't recommend him more.
