He took the time to explain in detail the GA Advance Directive for Healthcare, make our POAs current, and made sure our trust was funded properly. Estate Planning

Mr. Hurley assisted my mom with her Will and Powers of Attorney. She moved to GA from FL quite a few years ago and never updated these important documents. Many of her wishes had changed. We feel at peace now that she has her ducks in a row. Mr. Hurley and his staff were very helpful and kind.

Review of Hurley Law and staff

We've had the opportunity to meet with Miles Hurley and work with him and his staff for the past 6months. The knowledge and expertise helped my family and we are so appreciative to them for handling legal and medicare application for our mother. They were so helpful and handled several other legal ...issues for her. They were all professional and very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. Excellent service. We worked specifically with Paul Abrahamson (Benefit Specialist) and he was exceptional. Dawn Houston (Care Coordinator) was also great to work with. They were both outstanding! We met with Miles Hurley first and he explained the process and how they could help us. My first contact with Hurley was a very pleasant experience! Joanna Hurley asked initial questions and answered them. Joanna was caring and put me at ease at a very stressful time and let me know that they could help me and made an appointment within the week. Cannot say enough good things about the professional and legal we received from all of them. They were a Godsend!

Excellent Help with Personal Revocable Trust

My father had long ago established a personal revocable trust, with himself as the primary trustee and myself as successor trustee. As time passed and he needed more assistance with his finances, it was clear something had to change. I wasn't sure what to do, or how to make changes in a legal and p...roper manner. Miles was excellent in explaining how trusts worked, ideas for ensuring the trust funds are managed appropriately, and the options we had. My Dad was able to simply resign as trustee and I was able to take over as primary trustee, which was simple and effective for our situation. I was glad Miles did not push anything complicated or otherwise try to "redo" the trust and generate unnecessary billable hours. I came away satisfied and with peace of mind!
