I am extremely pleased with Mark Sullivan. I contacted Mark after my son was involved in a multi-car traffic accident where he was rear-ended. Despite the fact that my son was hit from behind and the trail car in the group was obviously travelling at a high rate of speed, my son received a ticket a...nd an attempt was made to file a claim against our insurance as we were sent a letter from one of the highly televised law firms here in the city. I explained the case to Mark and explained that we were seeking to have the ticket dismissed as well as preserve our insurance record. Mark never made any outlandish promises but rather he presented the pros and cons of the case and gave his objective opinion. At all times he kept us informed of what actions he was taking on the case. A few days prior to the trial Mark succeeded in getting the ticket dismissed. Since the trial was close, I had paid Mark for his upcoming services. Without me asking Mark refunded the payment. That speaks volumes about his character.
