After several months of trying to evict a very difficult tenant without success, I decided it was time to hire a professional. In addition to getting me the "Writ of Possession" I needed... in order to evict the tenant, she managed to get the tenant to pay all the back rent she owed in exchange for allowing the tenant to stay until the end of the month.
