I'm writing today to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Kyle Swafford in regards to him handling my tax problem. From day one after speaking with Kyle, he not only came up with a game plan, but a specific way to address the issue. He always kept me updated by either email or a quick p...hone message, if not every few days, but at least once a week on my status. I personally know that Kyle spent many hours on the phone reaching back to the IRS working this problem. Nevertheless, he was able to get a substantial portion of interest amount reduced. Kyle was able to identify some discrepancies which provided me with a satisfactory payment plan, that wouldn’t place me back into financial bind. We conferred on the phone for about 3hrs finalizing everything and after I suggested he leave work for the evening, he respectfully declined until a final email was sent confirming everything. Kyle has been excellent in getting this burden lifted. I’m sure you’ve dealt with many clients who have I.R.S. problems and know the pain and toll it takes on us mentally, and physically. I’ve been dealing with this for about 7yrs with another provider with no resolution.
