Biography
Mr. Gunn is the founding partner of The Gunn Firm and has dedicated the firm's practice to Small Business and Consumer Rights law. He has served as President of Cobb County Bar Association's largest section.
Mr. Gunn has been repeatedly recognized as one of Georgia’s top Attorneys by Thomson Reuters' "Super Lawyers," an independent rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of professional achievement. Mr. Gunn has been included in a category recognizing the top 2 and ½ percent of the lawyers in their category in Georgia. He has also been named by Atlanta Magazine as one of Georgia’s "Legal Elite" for his leadership in the legal community.
He is frequently invited to speak at legal education seminars and has published several articles on a number of topics. He has coached and evaluated attorneys in actual and mock trials for more than half a decade to assist other attorneys in developing trial advocacy skills.
Mr. Gunn is admitted to practice in the Superior, State, Federal District Court and Georgia Supreme Court and has co-authored a prevailing brief presented to the Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Gunn started his own law practice after working for two District Attorney's offices where he tried jury cases before the Georgia Superior Courts. After his time with the District Attorney's office, he worked as an attorney and partner at two general litigation firms heading up a variety of legal practice areas.

A Really Great Job
