John William Fawcett

Will Fawcett joined Maner Crumly Chambliss, LLP in 2012. Will recieved his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2012. At Cumberland, he was the President of the Georgia Student Bar and the Marketing Chair of the Cordell Hull Speaker's Forum. Will also earned the Scholar of Merit Award for his work in the Real Estate Transactions Course.

During law school, Will also gained valuable experience in the summers. In his first summer, he worked for the firm as a law clerk. He continued working on various research assignments for the firm once he returned to school. During his second summer, Will split the summer between two internships. First he worked in the Enotah District Attorney's Office in Cleveland, Georgia, where he gained valuable courtroom experience. Then he worked in the United States District Court for the Northern Distrct of Georgia as an intern in the chambers of the Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr.

Will, a native of Atlanta, attended Whitefield Academy. Now Will lives in Smyrna with his wife Carter. He is a member of King Springs Baptist Church and enjoys playing Golf, Basketball, Football, and Soccer.
