Don't hire this attorney. I hired him and he was only interested in being paid and grossly overcharged me. He completely lost my case by not being prepared, getting the facts wrong, and missing deadlines. He was unprofessional and constantly betrayed my client confidentiality to people not connect...ed to my case. He acted confident and smug, but the other lawyers ran circles around him. I was embarrassed that he was my lawyer.

I used him as my divorce lawyer many years ago. He double billed me for thousands of dollars. He would have meetings among his partners and I would get billed for each partner 's time. After each bill Jeff would send flowers or a gift card to dinner. One restaurant I remember in Dunwoody, it was obv...ious this restauranteur did not like him. I ended up with a different attorney but in the end I sued him for malpractice. After my case, I received numerous calls from others that were getting the same treatment I received. Don't use this attorney, especially if you are a woman.
