Henrietta G. Brown

Henrietta Brown has devoted her professional career to the service of others, both as an 11 year Army veteran and as a litigation lawyer with Gardner Trial Attorneys.

She is committed to fighting selflessly for those who otherwise would lack a voice in the legal system. Henrietta is a confident and compassionate attorney with a wealth of life experience who takes pride in serving her community, as evidenced by the 11 years she devoted to the United States Army.

Henrietta knows her way around the courts. Prior to her career at Gardner Trial Attorneys , she worked as a law clerk for a private firm. While there, she gained substantial experience in motion practice and brief writing in both State Court and the Court of Appeals of Georgia. She has vigorously represented clients in trucking accidents, slip and fall incidents and wrongful death cases. She has successfully mediated personal injury cases yielding six figure settlements.

She earned her law degree with honors from North Carolina Central University. While there, she was a staff editor for the North Carolina Central University Law Review and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Criminology from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated, magna cum laude, as well as a master of science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida A&M.
