Thorough and Strategic

Hannibal Heredia represented me for over 1-1/2 years during my divorce proceedings. Mr. Heredia provided excellent representation. Mr. Heredia was very strategic in preparing for my case. He was very thorough in explaining the legal aspects of my case. He explained the purpose and the strategy be...hind all of his briefs and letters. Mr. Heredia provided insight on how my judge has ruled on similar issues in the past and what to expect in my case. I felt overly prepared in all of my court appearances. I was never surprised by the judge's rulings or the opposing attorney's tactics. While I may not have agreed with the judge's rulings or the opposing attorney's tactics, I was never surprised. This was very important to me. Mr. Heredia was very strategic in which battles to fight. There were battles that I wanted to fight but Mr. Heredia explained that some did not support the strategy that we developed and would not optimize the use of my limited resource for legal fees. In addition, I thought he made every attempt to minimize my legal fees. Through his actions and counsel, I am convinced that Mr. Heredia understood my goals and shared my concerns for my for my daughters. I strongly and passionately recommend Mr. Heredia.

Exceptional Excellence
