Kind, trustworthy, accessible, cost conscious

If you're looking for an attorney who isn't a "stuff suit"--someone who genuinely cares about your situation --Hannibal Heredia is the perfect choice for a divorce lawyer. Hannibal just finalized my divorce on Friday. It was a year and a half of dealing with a very challenging situation that include...d my ex-husband being declared mentally incompetent to respresent himself. Eventually Hannibal and I were dealing with my ex's attorney and his court appointed guardian ad litem, as well as a guardian ad litem for our two young children. I knew nothing of the divorce process, and was completely overwhelmed at times. Over, and over, Hannibal took the time necessary to explain what my options were and how my decisions would impact the final divorce settlement. Hannibal ALWAYS returned my calls and e-mails promptly. His staff are very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great attorney, and was a very nice person to work with during what was a very painful time for my and my children.
