Biography
Giovanni is a native of Marietta. He graduated from Kennesaw State University. His college experience was less about the classroom and more about experiential learning through expeditions to other countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Bolivia, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil. This “wandering” period allowed Giovanni to develop a unique and well-rounded worldview by the time he obtained his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. As an attorney, Giovanni has handled hundreds of immigration deportation proceedings including master hearings, bond hearings, and Individual hearings. He has strong working relationships with immigration judges, ICE officers, and government attorneys which helps him get a favorable outcome for his clients.
