This lawyer is the worst I have encountered by far. It was a simple case and this lawyer continued to come to court unprepared. This lawyer could not make the simplest motions and even filed a motion with regard to my case in the WRONG COURT. I was basically slapped in the face by the opposing att...orney and the judge for using such an inept attorney. This person is a complete waste of time; not to mention, money. This attorney pads the hours while producing nothing of value. If you are looking for a warm body without legal knowledge, then this is the lawyer for you. Keep on top of your case and wallet at all times if you intend to use this attorney.

This lawyer will not only waste your time, but that of the courts as well. And to top it off, he will bill you for his numerous shortcomings throughout the process. If you are looking for decent representation - keep looking and don't even think about hiring this guy or any firm that would employee... him. Try walking the courthouse halls with this guy - everyone at the courthouse was amazed at how he could find another client. I should have picked up on that signal the first time I went to a hearing - but I proceeded four more times and realized I was being lead into the courtroom by someone who knew less of the law than myself.

This lawyer has continued billing me for services he never rendered. I proceeded to dispute his charges with the State Bar whom were leaning in my favor - so Tartline files a case in court to prevent the State Bar from publishing their findings against him. This guy has no business practicing law... and his name should be placed in the dictionary as the definition for that sinking feel a person has when they realize they have just been violated by a parasite lurking in a rest area restroom.
