A Georgia Leader in Immigration Law
Karen Weinstock is the managing attorney of Weinstock Immigration Lawyers, the premier immigration law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 16 years of experience, she has developed expertise representing U.S. and international companies in securing global talent and ensuring the employees and their families have a good experience in immigrating to the United States.
A Passionate Pursuit of Excellence in Immigration
Karen was born and raised in Israel and immigrated to the United States in 2000. Her genuine passion for immigration law is a direct result of her personal experience as an immigrant. This ability to identify and empathize with immigrants, and her commitment to excellence in obtaining results for her clients differentiate her as one of the top immigration attorneys in the South. Prior to opening her own immigration law firm, Karen was the managing attorney of a regional immigration law firm’s Atlanta office for over 11 years. Her personal experience emigrating to the U.S. from Israel and experiencing many obstacles, cross-cultural differences and employment challenges, all enable her now to have stronger empathy for her international clientele and better serve their particular needs. She is fluent in English, Hebrew and Spanish.

Great immigration lawyer office. I worked with them from my L1 all the way to my green card.
Karen, Raju, and the rest of the team took care of me and family from the day we started to work on our relocation to the U.S. until the day we got our green card. Karen and her team are real pros, they mentored us throughout the process, made sure that the paperwork is filled properly, and did whate...

Karen and her team
I had a case that other attorneys said that would be impossible to have any success. I decided to do some online research and found Karen. She look into my case and said that she could reunite me with my family that was stuck in Brazil at the time. Since my case was super complex they said would take...

Overrated
I paid a $350 consultation fee to discuss my options with Karen for an hour. She appeared about 5-10 minutes late, which was surprising for me because $350 seemed a hefty sum to pay if the lawyer would show up late. She answered all my questions but did not seem to understand that it can take time fo...
I am sorry you had a bad impression and hope we can resolve this together, given that you have my business card and can always reach out to me by email – many of my consultation clients have stayed in touch that way, regardless of whether they ended up retaining our service. Unfortunately for many clients, there are no good options to gain legal status in the U.S. and we have to find solutions under a very complex immigration legal system. If there are no options, or the chances of success are low, I prefer to be brutally honest with my clients and advise them of this up front instead of painting a rosy picture saying it will be OK. I understand how this honest approach can unsettle a potential client such as yourself. However, I do wish you all the best in your immigration journey.

"Karen Weinstock is an excellent attorney, who is highly respected within the immigration bar. She is frequently asked to lecture on the immigration laws and as the editor and primary author of The H-1B Book, she has literally written the book on that subject. I am confident in recommending Karen as a top-notch immigration law attorney."
