Utterly terrific work

I can't say enough good things about Charles. I had no idea how complex a divorce would be, and I’m sincerely grateful to Charles and his whole team for their sage counsel and thorough work. They utterly know how to master a divorce for their clients. Charles isn't just a lawyer, but a psychologis...t, a gamer and a master of numbers. I didn’t know they taught that in law school. He also was frank and straightforward about guiding me around some of my ideas when he knew they wouldn't work. That skill and experience was perfect for me.

The Best!!!

Charles represented me in an epic divorce battle. He is a honest, knowledgeable, caring lawyer who loves to win! In my case, opposing counsel wanted to fleece me and leave me for dead. When the gavel finally fell (on three different occasions) all judges ruled in favor of me on counts of contempt, ...custody of my daughter, a fair alimony settlement, and a win in the GA Supreme Court. Charles built a brilliant defensive strategy each time and he delivered!!! You can not find a better divorce lawyer. Pay the extra money (he is not cheap), hire the best, and sleep better at night with him on your side. He will serve you well.

Wonderful!

I simply cannot say enough about Mr. Medlin or his team. Choosing legal services is a daunting process, and my divorce was further complicated with volatile emotions and young children. My first meeting allayed any fears, as communication was easy and open. All calls and emails were responded to q...uickly. The billing practices were laid out in a clear manner, and care was taken throughout to establish a comfortable working relationship. Mr. Medlin introduced me to his associate, Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun. Marilyn is extremely experienced, and I immediately felt at ease. He made sure I felt confident having her oversee the case - but also assured me he would remain at the helm, ready to step in at a moments notice. Having a choice in who was being utilized hourly at the firm gave me a choice - and led to maximum productivity with minimum waste of expense. Both Charles and Marilyn were fair, conscientious, and aggressive. Exactly what one would want in legal representation. True to his word, Mr. Medlin remained involved during the divorce proceedings. Excellent Family Law Firm - Best in the Business!

I was referred to Charles Medlin by a close personal friend who informed me he and his staff were the best in the business. We had an extremely difficult and complex custody case where all legal factors came into play (ex. legitimization, custodial rights, health and welfare of the child, etc). Ch...arles assembled his team and dove right in to prepare for the first of many court appearances and filings. Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun was outstanding and prepared us well prior to all court appearances and won all filed actions. Caitlyn Lindsey-Hood was amazing to close out all our court actions and developed the final custody and visitation agreement. You truly can not go wrong with anyone in this firm when you need bullet-proof experience, guidance and positive results.
