Hands down the best along with his team.

I have had experience with my share of attorneys in the past and hired Charles Medlin and his team on the recommendation of a friend. Had I had him fighting for me to begin with, I would not have needed to seek his help later. He fought for me and we were very successful. I didn’t have calls unanswer...ed, I didn’t have to wait for responses, etc. I felt like I was completely taken care of and believed in from the beginning. Cost is certainly a factor when hiring an attorney. But like I stated before, had I hired Charles (and Marilyn Bardie-Kapaun, Lauren Barrett, etc) to begin with, my custody case wouldn’t have had to go to court three times. The paralegal (Hannah) also worked her tail off for me and knows the law! If I could talk personally to anyone looking into using their services, you would hire them before our conversation ended. Absolutely brilliant and bulldogs for their clients which is what you want. Charles and his associates all felt like family by the time we were done. I miss them now but I’m glad to be through it. Thank you so much, Charles!!!

Utterly terrific work

I can't say enough good things about Charles. I had no idea how complex a divorce would be, and I’m sincerely grateful to Charles and his whole team for their sage counsel and thorough work. They utterly know how to master a divorce for their clients. Charles isn't just a lawyer, but a psychologis...t, a gamer and a master of numbers. I didn’t know they taught that in law school. He also was frank and straightforward about guiding me around some of my ideas when he knew they wouldn't work. That skill and experience was perfect for me.

Excellent Family Law Firm - Best in the Business!

I was referred to Charles Medlin by a close personal friend who informed me he and his staff were the best in the business. We had an extremely difficult and complex custody case where all legal factors came into play (ex. legitimization, custodial rights, health and welfare of the child, etc). Ch...arles assembled his team and dove right in to prepare for the first of many court appearances and filings. Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun was outstanding and prepared us well prior to all court appearances and won all filed actions. Caitlyn Lindsey-Hood was amazing to close out all our court actions and developed the final custody and visitation agreement. You truly can not go wrong with anyone in this firm when you need bullet-proof experience, guidance and positive results.

Even my ex-wife says he is amazing

Charles deposed my wife and she didn't know what hit her. We left the deposition and she had sealed her own fate. The following hearings went my way and my wife had to go through a couple of lawyers to find anyone that could come close to matching Charles. Even my ex-wife said that Charles walked ...all over her lawyers and he was amazing. I was also pleased that he had a large staff to pull from and also outside legal and financial counsel that was able to assist in building the facts for our case. He was quick to pick up the phone and get something done and he was also available to me weekends and nights if necessary. He understood the challenges men face in divorce having gone through one himself and he understood how important my kids and their future are to me. I also admire that he constantly did things to save me money which I wasn't expecting. He is not your typical lawyer as his bio would probably tell and my divorce went better because of him. He may be more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and more. I would recommend and have recommended Charles without question. I couldn't thank him enough.

Expertise at its Finest!

I was led to Mr. Medlin literally days before my final divorce hearing. He agreed to take on my long, drawn out, complicated divorce when no one else would. I retained him on a Friday, and he literally gave up his entire weekend to meet with me and work on my case for our hearing the next MONDAY mo...rning! We met immediately Sat. Morning and worked until after dark, again on Sunday until after dark. Each morning we met I could tell that he had been working on my case long after I left as he came with even more prepared information! We even met at his office prior to our 9am court time! Mr. Medlin is the ONLY attorney that not only is he BRILLIANT! But he also LISTENED to me, FOUGHT for me, and PROTECTED me! Both he and his entire firm were just PHENOMINAL to work with ! They are warm, kind, soo professional and took all the "weight off my shoulders"! For the first time I have felt that I am in good hands with this difficult situation! Prior to meeting Mr. Medlin, I had experienced a couple of other attorneys regarding this case, no one compares!! I totally trust Mr. Medlin with these important decisions for my life!
