Best Attorney Around - No Comparison

Words cannot express the respect, admiration and appreciation I have for Charles Medlin and his amazing team at Bovis, Kyle, Birch, Medlin LLC. Unfortunately, I found myself in a very high conflict custody case, which was emotionally and psychologically draining. Enter Charles and his team into my li...fe. Charles made me feel heard and welcome and treated me like family from day one. My case required a lot of attention, given the aggressive nature of the opposing side. However, Charles strategically and skillfully handled the hostile territory and diffused numerous landmines both respectfully and ethically with what seemed like ease, which helped keep me calm through the process. His knowledge of family law is extensive, familiarity with the Forsyth County judicial system is unmatched and his ability to navigate the most complex situations is amazing. Charles always made me feel like a priority. His response time to my questions was remarkable and anytime we received anything from the opposing counsel, it was forwarded to me with an explanation almost immediately. His attention to detail, legal expertise and strategic approach helped give me confidence and peace of mind during this difficult time and he and his team made sure I had the information and support I needed throughout the process. A champion when I needed one

My divorce was not particularly complex but my wife hired a top-tier lawyer who has a reputation for shenanigans. I interviewed quite a few attorneys but only Charles had the experience and character to navigate dynamic legal challenges without resorting to dirty tactics. Charles established and main...tained a firm and respectful strategy that was sound from the start. We not only settled more favorably than id even hoped for, something he very much had to coach me through, we did so without creating animosity. My xwife and I are now in a healthy coparenting relationship and we are all happily moving on to our next chapter of life.

Hands down the best along with his team.

I have had experience with my share of attorneys in the past and hired Charles Medlin and his team on the recommendation of a friend. Had I had him fighting for me to begin with, I would not have needed to seek his help later. He fought for me and we were very successful. I didn’t have calls unanswer...ed, I didn’t have to wait for responses, etc. I felt like I was completely taken care of and believed in from the beginning. Cost is certainly a factor when hiring an attorney. But like I stated before, had I hired Charles (and Marilyn Bardie-Kapaun, Lauren Barrett, etc) to begin with, my custody case wouldn’t have had to go to court three times. The paralegal (Hannah) also worked her tail off for me and knows the law! If I could talk personally to anyone looking into using their services, you would hire them before our conversation ended. Absolutely brilliant and bulldogs for their clients which is what you want. Charles and his associates all felt like family by the time we were done. I miss them now but I’m glad to be through it. Thank you so much, Charles!!!

The Best!!!

Charles represented me in an epic divorce battle. He is a honest, knowledgeable, caring lawyer who loves to win! In my case, opposing counsel wanted to fleece me and leave me for dead. When the gavel finally fell (on three different occasions) all judges ruled in favor of me on counts of contempt, ...custody of my daughter, a fair alimony settlement, and a win in the GA Supreme Court. Charles built a brilliant defensive strategy each time and he delivered!!! You can not find a better divorce lawyer. Pay the extra money (he is not cheap), hire the best, and sleep better at night with him on your side. He will serve you well.

Excellent Family Law Firm - Best in the Business!

I was referred to Charles Medlin by a close personal friend who informed me he and his staff were the best in the business. We had an extremely difficult and complex custody case where all legal factors came into play (ex. legitimization, custodial rights, health and welfare of the child, etc). Ch...arles assembled his team and dove right in to prepare for the first of many court appearances and filings. Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun was outstanding and prepared us well prior to all court appearances and won all filed actions. Caitlyn Lindsey-Hood was amazing to close out all our court actions and developed the final custody and visitation agreement. You truly can not go wrong with anyone in this firm when you need bullet-proof experience, guidance and positive results.
