immigrant manager petition
we used him for immigrant based manager case for restaurant . tried the executive position first but then decided on using manager instead. case was approved for l-1 case and then job transfer had no problems as well. we're trying for additional extension after this current job period is finished ...

h1 extension
worked on h1 extension case for restaurant for business analyst. we received request for evidence and then intent to deny notice but law firm successfully filed motion to approve the case. we have several more employee petitions handled by lawyers and no problems.

Excellent work on my case
He did my EB-1 case a few months ago in the field of fashion modeling and got it approved with no problem. I'm going to come back for the further processing of my petition and adjustment of status. Prior to that I had my F1 student visa approved also.
