Biography
The Hirsch Firm, P.C. is primarily a criminal defense trial practice. I represent people arrested and accused of a criminal offense. I represent people facing charges in all State courts: Municipal/Traffic Court, Juvenile Court, State Court, and Superior Court. I represent people at all stages of the criminal justice process: from arrest to bond hearings, preliminary hearings to arraignment, motions in preparation for trial, and trial. I also represent people on post-conviction matters with appeals and probation violations.
The other side of my practice stems from my experience representing hundreds of people injured as the result of someone or a company’s negligence. My network of personal injury lawyers is extensive. If someone is injured they can call me and know that the personal attention they will get on their case is the kind of attention whey won’t find advertised on television. I know who can help them recover all of the money damages available to them.

Represented me in Gwinnett Traffic Court
Matt said he would take care of my ticket in Gwinnett County and he did! He was able to get my ticket reduced saving me from having my insurance rates raised and saved me money on the actual ticket! I would highly recommend Matt to anyone!
