I attended Lawrence Technological University, graduating in 1994 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. I served as Student Class President, both in my Junior and Senior years. While at Lawrence Tech. I joined Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. I served on the Philanthropy Committee. I began my professional career as an engineer, designing electrical control systems for General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Hayes Wheels and Daimler Chrysler. As a controls engineer, I designed, programmed and debugged everything from robot arms to automatic stations for assembly lines. Completing five years in the engineering field, in 1999, I turned to his love and true career goal, the practice of law. I entered the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
While at Franklin Pierce Law Center I joined the Legal Practice Clinic. As a Senior, I was able to practice law under the Third Year Rule in New Hampshire. As a law student, I majored in Litigation and Intellectual Property Law.
In 2002 I received my Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Initially I focused his practice on Intellectual Property Law, and more specifically, Patent Law prosecution.
I am licensed to practice in all of the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. I am also admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District.
In 2003 I realized that my “true calling” was in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Civil Practice Litigation. During my legal career, I have worked both for the Defense side, representing large insurance companies, and as a Plaintiff’s Advocate, representing the individual’s rights.
In 2007 I became the lead attorney for the DOVER Law Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department as well as the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Trial Team.
In 2008 I joined Montlick & Associates Workers' Compensation Department and a little later joined the firm's Personal Injury Department. I have recently shifted my focus and devotion to practicing 100% of my time to Workers' Compensation, specifically helping injured workers.

"I endorse this lawyer. Jeffrey Kowalski is a competent, ethical attorney. He puts his client's needs first in working to resolve their disputes. Workers Compensation is an area fraught with pitfalls. Injured workers need a lawyer that knows how to navigate that terrain."
