Cullen Ryan Lawson

Ryan Lawson is an insurance-defense attorney specializing in defense of Employers', Insurers', and Third-Party Administrators' (TPA's) involved in complex litigation involving occupational injuries and hazards, O.S.H.A. disputes, and litigation arising from the O.S.H.A. Whistle-blower Protection Act.  Ryan actively counsels, advises, advocates for, and litigates on behalf of, companies and organizations ranging from local businesses to multi-national organizations and conglomerates, and prides himself on a history of efficient, dedicated, and results-oriented client service.

Ryan has won numerous cases on behalf of his clients in trial-division jurisdictions, advocated and argued in several appellate jurisdictions, advanced his client's interests in Oral Arguments on multiple occasions, successfully defended numerous expert depositions, prosecuted and defended hundreds of lay-depositions, and obtained countless value-added settlements through Alternative Dispute Resolution avenues.

Outside of his work in the courtroom, Ryan spends his professional time teaching and writing, and has been honored to be invited to teach on various topics at several national insurance companies. Ryan's published work includes articles and treasies on topics ranging from defense of cases involving Cardiac Pathology to an analysis of updated O.S.H.A. regulations and their impact on post-accident drug screen protocols. Ryan also co-authors a yearly publication entitled "Georgia Doctor and Panel Survival Guide," a working publication designed to assist insurance adjusters in navigating the medical exposure aspect of their cases.
