Peter is an amazing attorney. He really is a miracle worker. Long story short I met with a bankruptcy attorney, Ralph Goldberg, to discuss my options for filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Without my permission or knowledge Mr. Goldberg filed chapter 7 bankruptcy which I had NOT authorized. Mr. Goldbe...rg told me the filing could not be withdrawn. Peter was recommended to me by another attorney . I met with Peter & he agreed to take my case. He was able to get the false chapter 7 bankruptcy filing removed & undo the damage done by Mr. Goldberg. I highly recommend Peter.

Peter and his associate attorney assisted me through my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and represented me at the trustee meeting. Very efficient. Very timely and helpful with email communication. Price was half what some of the other attorneys are charging (which I suppose MIGHT be justified in very comple...x cases). Mine was fairly straightforward, but it was still a bankruptcy, so to not be saddled with MORE financial burden (of an over-priced attorney) was a big relief.
