Hiring Results for Attorney Matthew Eric Purcell

Bankruptcy Lawyer
I decided to file Bankruptcy as my ex had destroyed my credit I was all ready to go for it paid my lawyer but in the mean time I had to take care of my divorce and my divorce lawyer suggested to hold on for some time on filing bankruptcy Matthew E Purcell waited for almost 2 years and took care of me with no extra charges what so ever and I really appreciate all his help with utmost patience . Great, Understanding Attorney
Matthew Purcell is a wonderful and understanding attorney. Due to a few job loses and family income loss, myself and my husband had to file Chapter 7. Matthew treated us with respect and explained the process step by step with no hidden surprises in the end. Our main goal was to keep our house and automobile and Matthew made sure we did kedp both. The day of our hearing Matthew made sure we were represented well and no issues came about during our hearing. As we heard other hearings, we heard issue after issue come up. We were thinking oh no here we go, but not one issue came about during our hearing! I would recommend The Matthew Purcell Law Firm to anyone that is in need of an excellent attorney. Matthew Purcell completed our case professionally at every stage of the process. He listened to all of our concerns and responded intelligently, respectfully, and patiently. Required forms and petitions were filed promptly without error. Mr. Purcell replies to all correspondence quickly and clearly. Our case outcome was favorable due to the nature of the case and his diligence on the matter. We would recommend him based on our Chapter 7 experience.

He doesn't respond if you are a member of a legal plan
I am a member of a group law plan. I am covered by the plan for 100% coverage when it comes to selling your primary residence. Mr. Purcell responded to only 1 of my emails and never called me back after I called and left many messages. I am very dissatisfied with his service. I had to agree with the buyer to use their lawyer for the home closing and basically pay another lawyer for a service that Mr. Purcell agreed to complete.
