I am a member of a group law plan. I am covered by the plan for 100% coverage when it comes to selling your primary residence. Mr. Purcell responded to only 1 of my emails and never called me back after I called and left many messages. I am very dissatisfied with his service. I had to agree with the ...buyer to use their lawyer for the home closing and basically pay another lawyer for a service that Mr. Purcell agreed to complete.
