Professional and courteous job!

My mother in law was not able to maintain her original green card status due to having to be by the side of my late father in law overseas whose health was ailing. This complicated matters for my mother in law when she reapplied for a new green card since her old one was considered to be "abandone...d"; however, Ms. Hiba Ghalib took on the case and handled it from A to Z in a very professional and courteous manner. She kept my wife and I up to date on the progress of each step and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion until my mother in law received her approval and new green card in the mail.

Green card through marriage

Hiba is the one of the most dedicated and professional lawyers in the country. She handled our ‘green card through marriage’ case and did a wonderful job at it which led to us getting the card in 4 and half months. Our case started out as pretty straightforward but complications rose when I had to go... out of the country for a family emergency and my international stay was extended. I was really stressed out at that time. But, Hiba was with me every step of the way like a guiding light. I emailed her all the time with several questions, many of them pertained to my immigration status that I held at that time, so technically she could easily have chosen to not answer them as it was not her responsibility. But, not only did she give me her professional and valuable advice within a day of my emails, but also gave me moral support through my tough times. I completely relied on her advice and she never let me down. For that I will be eternally grateful to her. She and her entire team at Kuck immigration are thorough professionals. They filed our complete paperwork, and whenever an RFE letter was received, they were always prompt in sending out the evidence. The team always kept me updated about all the proceedings of the case through email. Hiba was also really kind to attend the interview with us, and her presence had a real calming effect and gave us confidence for the interview. In the end I just want to say that Hiba is not only an outstanding lawyer but also a gem of a person who is always there for her clients.

Great lawyer

Ms. Hiba helped me with my DACA renewal. I have nothing but good things to say about her. she is so knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impress with the communication she has with her clients! I would definetly recommend her!!

You were there when I needed you

I had very difficult situation and needed good attorney to help me resolve my problems. I had bad experience dealing with lawyers before, but when I found Kuck Firm-I got real help. Attorneys and paralegals are extremely knowledgeable and professional. At final stages of the legal proceedings Hiba ...Ghalib was most helpful, working with me after hours and on weekend. She is also a very warm, nice person and has ability to reassure the client that everything is going to be OK.

A VERY GOOD LAWYER

THE BEST THING ABOUT HER IS THAT SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE. ITS NOT THE SAME WITH OTHER LAWYERS. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO TALK TO.SHE IS THE ONLY LAWYER I WILL WORK WITH.SHE IS REALLY HAPPY IF YOU GET APPROVED. OVERALL A NICE PERSON.
