Thank you for your dedication

For Mike it’s been 18 years. For me it was 12 years. For both of us, it’s been innumerable nights of not knowing if the family and life that we were working so hard to build would be wiped out by a judge’s single decision. All those days of stress, fear, and worry because our life depended on a stra...nger who did not know us. When we met Mr. Baxter in 2009, he was the first person to give us some kind of hope that we could win this case and not have our family not be torn apart. Amazing Lawyer and a Great Law Firm (AOS Approved)

This is incredible! We were surprised our mom’s green card was approved in record time (within 2 months). Our sincere appreciation to Mr. Kuck and thanks to Hiba for being on top of everything. We want to acknowledge the thoroughness and professionalism of the legal services we received when working ...with Kuck Immigration and their very able staff. Hiba Ghalib in particular was one of the most helpful and bright immigration lawyers I have seen. She and her staff did a wonderful job from preparation to submission of the Green Card application. We appreciated Hiba’s professionalism and timeliness in handling this case. She was always prompt at returning calls, responding to email and available to fix potential problems and explain the ongoing process. All of our questions and concerns were answered very promptly, and our minds were put at ease each time. I-751 Divorce Waiver Approved without interview

I went to Kuck Immigration to hire an attorney for my I-751 divorce waiver early 2013. Ms Hiba Ghalib was assigned as my attorney. She put all the documents I sent into order and presented them in a logical way. She is prompt and knowledgeable. My case is so unique that some other attorneys denied to... represent me since I do not have many important evidences. Mr Kuck and Ms Ghalib, however, encouraged me and helped me process my case. I got an RFE after 6 months from filing I-751 and I got approved 2 weeks after Ms Ghalib mailed our RFE repsonse. I must say, this is very unsual for a I-751 divorce waiver with no joint financial document and she did an amazing job.
