Excellent immigration lawyer

Lawyer Hiba Ghalib is an exemplary legal advocate / lawyer, very knowledgeable in her field, she respond tentatively to our questions and inquiries, She had facilitated obtaining permanent residency status for my elderly mother within uneasy circumstances, I am %100 recommending her for new clients ,...She and her staff are easy to deal with, there were clear and honest as far as their fees, without any hidden charges

An amazing attorney!

My wife’s immigration was stuck for years and doing my research I found the best way to fix this was to file a writ of mandamus. however, few lawyers were willing to take it up. I contacted one lawyer who I had to pay $150 for consultation but that went nowhere. He first said that he would do it and... then he decided to back out. I then reached out to an attorney that my aunt recommended in Florida, but he said he couldn’t help me as I was a Georgia resident, but he would recommend me a few lawyers in Georgia. I contacted the people he recommended and one of them led me to Hiba and I am very glad that she did. Hiba‘s price was very reasonable. She was a very caring attorney checking in on me to see how I was doing and how my wife was doing. Finally she was a very competent lawyer and did what we asked. She filed the writ and even fought my case against the government government when they decided to be difficult. Thanks to her efforts my wife was finally able to join me after many painful years. My advice is do not look at any other lawyers, Choose Hiba right away you will not be sorry.

Incredibly helpful

We had a very time sensitive matter after discovering our friend accidentally entered the country years ago on the wrong visa. He was coming here on a student visa for international studies but because he traveled to New York first for vacation before reporting to the school the wrong visa was used. ...Now two Years later it was discovered that he was here illegally because the travel visa expired two years prior. Because his student visa was still valid, he was told by the school to leave the country and re-enter on his student visa to correct the issue. We were concerned about this advice and contacted Ms. Ghalib for a consultation. She called us back within the hour and shared that if he left the country before resolving this he would be banned from the United States for 10 years due to unlawful presence for so long. We hired her and She promptly made an appointment with the Consulate. Although we all knew the chances of resolving this innocent mistake was slim, she was able to help him get everything straightened out. Our friend can now resume his studies and will have the opportunity to purse a career here. Ms Ghalib communicated efficiently, was knowledgeable and prepared, and mostly... succeeded in on our case. We highly recommend her.
