F. Scott Young has almost 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer in cases involving Commercial, Construction, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Professional Negligence, Trucking, and Workers' Compensation. Scott is AV®Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated¹ by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is also a registered neutral with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and helped to found BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, LLC in 2002. He is a recognized member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and The Georgia Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators. In addition, Mr. Young has a Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and is a retired Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRCC-R). Prior to law school, he worked as a vocational evaluator, job/task analyst, industry consultant, and was an approved rehabilitation supplier to the State Board of Worker's Compensation.
