Wendell Byron Franklin

With over 13 years of legal experience, Attorney Wendell Franklin brings a wide range of experience to Pratt Clay, LLC. While he understands all aspects of personal injury cases, he focuses his practice on matters involving premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. With this being said, no case is too big or too small for Attorney Franklin. He is committed to supplying his clients with aggressive and relentless representation through every step of every case and fights to help his clients obtain maximum compensation.

Prior to joining Pratt Clay, LLC, Attorney Franklin served as an associate at two firms where he obtained the necessary knowledge to pursue justice for his clients. Over the years, he has become a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Before committing his career to practicing law, Attorney Franklin attended Morehouse College. Following his undergraduate coursework, he enrolled into Georgia State University where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During his years of higher education, he completed externships at the Georgia Supreme Court and the Securities & Exchange Commission. Additionally, Attorney Franklin served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves where he earned he was positioned as a Sergeant.
