We are committed to taking cases to trial when necessary. We are so proud that one client was recently awarded the Nestlehutt Award for the Courageous Pursuit of Justice by the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association stemming from her willingness to take her case against Monitronics International to trial. Last year, a Dekalb County jury returned a verdict in her favor in the amount of $9,000,000 as the result of Monitronics International's negligent conduct.

Incredible choice for my case

Very satisfied!
I was very satisfied with the overall job that Mr. Neff and his staff did while working on my case. Not only were we awarded a sizable settlement, we felt that we were working with true professionals. They were punctual and trustworthy.
