Mr. Carestia started with six or seven cases and has grown it into a very large firm with over 1,500 cases. Despite that, I had access to his cell phone number and he was willing to meet with both myself and my husband in person on a Saturday to explain the details of my case as his attitude has bee...n that no matter how large his law firm grows, he does not want to lose the personal touch with respect to customer service and that each individual should feel that they are important because they are. We were more than happy with the results that he achieved but more importantly, both my husband and myself were amazed by the fact that he would make time for us on a Saturday given the size of the practice and the hours that he works. My family and I were devastated after a serious injury to my son. I instructed Mr. Carestia that one of the insurance companies had indicated that they would pay $100,000.00 which was this insurance company’s policy limit but there were two other companies who had coverage for the accident. Mr. Ca...restia indicated to me that if the insurance company put in writing that they were intending to pay the $100,000.00 to me, he would get the money from the insurance company and only take a fee on any settlement money over the first $100,000.00 and the full $100,000.00 was ours to keep. There are very few honest people like that in the world and to find one that was an attorney and willing to give up $33,333.33 in fees on the first $100,000.00 of the case amazed my family even more.

This lawyer tells you what you want to hear, even if its false information. We were advised we would see so much money out of this case and we had nothing to worry about. That was not the case. We came out empty. We would call for updates on the case and never got a call back. Months went back with n...o calls back to us. We called several times requesting to speak with the lawyer about our case and never received a return call. He was out to get our money, but did not provide good service and the outcome of the claim he stated did not happen. Lack of involvement in our case, lack of knowledge in our case, lack of everything. Do not use this lawyer.
