I met this firm by grace their office contacted me from a previous accident so when someone hit us from the back I had them already programmed in my phone . So I hit speed dial and began the process and after meeting Hassan who was excellent who explained the process was very good. Then Carla becam...e our representative and she was transparent with us on all levels. She had a sense of humor and always displayed an assurance but staying true to us.I appreciated her for always getting back to us in a timely manner and never leaving doubts. I hope to never have to deal with accidents anymore,however, if need be this firm would be the first people I call. I was skeptical at first because of the other reviews, but Mike spoke to me himself and said he has recently gotten rid of the bad apples. Can’t say enough about this firm.
