My family and I were devastated after a serious injury to my son. I instructed Mr. Carestia that one of the insurance companies had indicated that they would pay $100,000.00 which was this insurance company’s policy limit but there were two other companies who had coverage for the accident. Mr. Ca...restia indicated to me that if the insurance company put in writing that they were intending to pay the $100,000.00 to me, he would get the money from the insurance company and only take a fee on any settlement money over the first $100,000.00 and the full $100,000.00 was ours to keep. There are very few honest people like that in the world and to find one that was an attorney and willing to give up $33,333.33 in fees on the first $100,000.00 of the case amazed my family even more.
