Kristina’s legal practice is focused on handling employment and business matters for companies and organizations. She regularly assists clients with issues relating to workplace policies and procedures, providing expert guidance on disability accommodations, leave and pay practices, employee training, disciplinary procedures, and equal employment opportunity. Kristina also advises clients on contract matters such as severance agreements, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Additionally, Kristina has expertise in responding to EEOC charges and handling litigation relating to a variety of employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She has defended a variety of lawsuits involving discrimination and harassment allegations and conducts training to prevent unlawful discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
