What a Difference

I hired Mr. Suggs for my personal injury case. I was in a terrible car accident that left my car totaled and out of work due to my extensive injuries. Mr. Suggs was a standout difference from other big name law firms as well as smaller local firms, while blending the best of both worlds. He had hi...s own team of medical providers that made the whole process of filing the insurance claim and getting my injuries treated a very painless effort. This is a feature that bigger firms advertise frequently, I know because I had an attorney before Mr. Suggs. What the other attorney did not provide was instant contact and direct communication, not a secretary or partner, but Mr. Suggs himself. This is the advantage of smaller businesses and a way in which Mr. Suggs combined professional functionality with an at-home feel. I was relieved of my medical payments along with a substantial sum to take care of my losses and future medical payments. Every dollar Mr. Suggs required was worth the peace of mind and work he did for me.

Your Search Has Ended

If you're looking for outstanding service, helpfulness, and a personable demeanor, your search for a lawyer has ended. Mr. Suggs was there for every step of my accident aftermath, injury treatment, insurance claim and all. He never spared an informative answer to my many questions. You always hear... about people getting taken advantage of in this professional environment. I was blessed enough to not experience any of those nightmares, in fact, Mr. Suggs was a dream come true. Some of these reviews must have accidentally clicked on the wrong lawyer, or maybe living in an alternative universe. I treated Mr. Suggs with due respect, and he repaid me exceedingly with respect and diligence to my issues. Do not hesitate to have Mr. Suggs handle your legal matters.

Respectful and Helpful

I am not sure why the "Avvo Rating" is comparatively low of this lawyer. Maybe it has to do with some sort of marketing the company does to sustain their site. In any case, Mr. Eldridge Suggs embodied what a legal representative should be when representing a client. He was respectful and outgoing ...from the very start and treated me as if I were his first client. Any questions I had, I got the opportunity to talk to him personally. He was very knowledgeable about handling my personal injury, and provided me with great explanations and reasoning, instead of just here-say. Mr. Suggs was cooperative and flexible in terms of compensation for his services, which I will be forever grateful for. He treated me like a person. The legal society needs more people like Mr. Eldridge Suggs; willing to fight for whatever is right, no matter how long or what it takes.

Awesome Attorney

I was in an car accident and tried to deal with the insurance company on my own. They didn't want to accept responsibility for the accident even though their insured was in the wrong. I was in so much pain that I did a search for accident attorneys and I found Attorney Suggs who had some one get in... touch with me the same night. I spoke with him and with in a matter of a few days I had a check for the total amount of my car, my rental reimbursement, and my personal property damage. He found me the best doctors to get treatment and dealt with the insurance company so I never had to get frustrated again. I am happy with the outcome and with the service Attorney Suggs provided for me and my family. Once again I would recommend him and use him again if needed to.

One of a Kind!

Attorney Suggs is absolutely one of a kind! He assisted with my personal injury case and I cannot express how grateful I am that I was recommended to him. I was in an accident several months ago and Suggs provided the utmost detail and attention to my case and did everything he could to make sure I g...ot the settlement I deserved.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2006.

Review Panel Reprimand issued in GA, 2006

updated on 08/10/2012

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Eldridge’s comment:

“unfortunately, this reprimand was made by the opposing Attorney because I would not back down from defending my client.”
