Dwayne Lamar Brown

I received my law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to practice law in Alabama in September 1994 and in Georgia in 2008.  After practicing for several years with a national plaintiff's law firm, I took the vast knowledge gained there and began my solo law practice in 1998.

Today, my firm is nationally recognized as one that is small, yet aggressive and tirelessly committed to upholding the rights of and seeking justice for those who are injured or are victims of wrongful death by negligence. I represent plaintiffs in lawsuits arising from car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice and insurance fraud as well as assisting injured employees with workers' compensation claims.

I have always believed that the law is the greatest weapon against tyranny and injustice.  Injustice is like a deep sea of water that, if not contained, will eventually erode a society's values and morals.  In keeping with this belief, I seek justice and the fair application of the law in every case I am privileged to litigate on the behalf of my clients.  Each case deserves considerable attention and appreciation to meet its unique challenges and must be vigorously pursued to a fair conclusion no matter how much time and effort that requires.
