Very professional and communicates clearly.

Atty. Redo represented me in a wrongful termination case. Discrimination and ADA issues were also involved. Ms. Redo was extremely thorough in her investigation and mediation was successfully reached in short manner. She always kept me in the loop and made me feel comfortable with the legal process ...by explaining issues as they came up. She is very kind and easy to communicate with. She truly cares about people's rights.

Charlotte Redo as an Attorney for Employment Practices

I retained Schwartz and Rollins and was appointed Charlotte Redo for my case. She failed to listen closely, she did not respond in a timey manner and she lacks in aggression. I was very disappointed and because of the above I may have lost the benefits due to me.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
