Anita H. Lynn

Wish I had used Anita when I first filed for divorce. She has now corrected the areas that were left open by a previous attorney that caused issues not setting clear, outlined specifics that put me back in court. She is like a surgeon knowing what needs to get cut and what needs to be modified all in... good health. Smart, kind, is clear about expectations and looking at long term priorities for the parent and the child. Anita helped me to forecast what we needed at the moment then 5yrs, 10yrs down the road. Anita was my saving grace!! Thank you ANITA!!!

Anita represented me in my divorce case and I am so grateful I had her on my side. Anita helped my husband and I several years ago in a custody case. My husband's ex-wife was trying to move their boys from GA to Canada. In order to prevent her from moving (at least until they could decide on amicable co-parenting terms etc.), Anita filed for an emergency stay. We spent the next 1...0 months in a heated and very contentious battle, and Anita was with us every step of the way. She does NOT back down. She knows the law. She is logical and realistic. She won't "sell you" or tell you only what you want to hear. With Anita Lynn you know that she is telling you the truth and you can trust her when she gives you counsel. I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through this but I know it's life, and some of you will. If you want the very best outcome then Anita is who you should trust. In the end, a guardian ad litem recommended that not only should the boys not be allowed to move with their mother to Canada but that we get full custody. We settled on 50/50 so that the boys would be able to have both parents in their lives. It certainly has not been easy since that court case 9 years ago, but I sincerely believe that we would not have the life we have today with our family had we used anyone other than Anita to represent us.

I hired Anita Lynn on several occasions, and I highly recommend her for the following reasons: 1) She always solved the issues I hired her for quickly. I loved her sense of urgency to resolve my issues and her attentiveness to my case! 2) She was very responsive, kind and courteous to me. I have to say making the decision to file for a divorce and going thru the process isn’t easy. Mrs Lynn made is so easy for me and was compassionate and supportive the entire way!
