Having dealt with lawyers in situations other than personal injury, I felt Ms. Thorpe does an excellent job. She seemed genuinely concerned with my case and worked to get me the best settlement she could. The fees her practice charges seem to be on par with what attorneys charge for working on person...al injury. I would highly recommend this attorney.

Every time I call this attorney I'm transferred to her voice mail and if and when she call me back, she states emphatically she will call me once she reaches the maximum of my suit; I can never speak with her to get answers to questions or to make her aware of my condition. I received more compassio...n and care from the paralegal than I received from Heather Thorpe; I would never recommend this person to anyone! I even faxed her my questions and still did not get a response. I understand I am not her only client, but she should at least return phone calls in a timely manner and show some compassion.

My experience with this lawyer was not a good one. I was not provided good customer service. The lawyer is the employee and the client is the employer, and with that being the case the lawyer should work hard to make their client happy. My happiness was last on her list of things to do. Her main c...oncern was her 33.3% for her "hard" work which was sitting behind a desk negotiating with an insurance adjuster over the phone. People please understand that you can do exactly what you hire the lawyer to do without giving up 33.3%. Do not believe these commercials you see on television. You are nothing more than a paycheck for these personal injury attorneys. Negotiate your own settlement because "The Strong Arm" attorneys are not your friend in the end.
