Very dedicated lawyer

I had a very complicated immigration case. My family tried going to all the best immigration lawyers, but they all offered only a 3% to 4% chance and wanted thousands of dollars! One actually told us that only a "miracle" could save me. I guess Mr. Polanco was it, because he got me out of immigration... detention! He was reasonable with his payments, and sent me a copy of everything that he did, which I think all lawyers should do, so you can stay informed and know that they're actually working on your case. I am very grateful to this guy, for his work and dedication to my case

Diligent, honest, dependable and very smart!

I got an unfounded DUI in Avondale Estates, GA in July 2012. During my first court date I was offered a day in jail, license suspension, probation, community service and over $2500 in fines, court costs and DUI classes. I decided to get the case "bound over" to state court to have my case heard in a ...larger jurisdiction as well as give myself time to find an attorney. After calling countless firms that tried to sell me premature promises at retainers from $1500-$4000, I was blessed with a referral to Mr.Polanco by a friend. During our first meeting I knew I was in good hands. Mr. Polanco spent over 2 hours with me going over my defense, collecting information from me and informing me on the next steps making sure I understood and agreed with everything to come. He was very meticulous and organized, keeping me informed throughout the case. Although the evidence against me was weak, the solicitor was steadfast... In state court, i was offered the same things presented in Avondale if I plead guilty which I refused to do. The solicitor was relentless but so was Mr. Polanco. He never tried to convince me to take a plea I didn't agree with and never tried to discourage me from going to trial even though it was only a misdemeanor DUI. Mr.Polanco gathered evidence, summoned witnesses and secured an expert witness to counter the so called field sobriety test. Once the solicitor saw that we were prepared for trial and were coming out "guns blazing" as Mr. Polanco called it lol, the state solicitor began dropping charges and offering more reasonable pleas. So one year after my arrest, after three court appearances, on the morning my trial was supposed to begin, we were offered community service and a safe driving class to plead guilty to wreck less driving instead of the original DUI. Most attorneys would not have put so much effort into a misdemeanor DUI but Mr. Polanco listened to my wishes and worked diligently to achieve my desired result. After working with him, Not only was it evident he is a great attorney, but also a great person. I highly recommend his services.
