I got an unfounded DUI in Avondale Estates, GA in July 2012. During my first court date I was offered a day in jail, license suspension, probation, community service and over $2500 in fines, court costs and DUI classes. So one year after my arrest, after three court appearances, on the morning my trial was supposed to begin, we were offered community service and a safe driving class to plead guilty to wreck less driving instead of the original DUI. Most attorneys would not have put so much effort into a misdemeanor DUI but Mr. Polanco listened to my wishes and worked diligently to achieve my desired result.
