Shuli Larisa Green

Shuli L. Green started Schweber Green Law Group with attorney Scott Schweber in 2018.  Shuli began her legal career as a staff attorney to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  From 2001 to 2013, she practiced with several Atlanta based law firms where she specialized in complex litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, medical negligence, products liability and civil rights litigation.  Shuli started her own firm in 2014, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice and business litigation.

As a practicing attorney for 20 years, Shuli has been involved in numerous complex and high profile cases.  Shuli was featured on the cover of The Fulton County Daily Report in 2010 after obtaining a jury verdict in excess of $1.4 million in a rear-end car wreck case and again in 2013 after presenting oral argument to the Georgia Court of Appeals in a consumer class action lawsuit against a large multi-national corporation.  Shuli has obtained numerous six-figure settlements for clients in actions involving medical negligence, premises liability and personal injury and recently negotiated a settlement of more than $900,000 on behalf of a client arising from an insurance “bad faith” claim.  

Shuli is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland in 1994 and obtained her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, in May 1998.  Shuli  served as a Note & Comment Editor for The ABA/American University Administrative Law Review.  Shuli was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1998.  She is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and has been published in The ABA/American University Administrative Law Review and The Congressional Record (Fall 1997).  She has been a guest speaker on numerous legal topics.
