C. Andrew Childers

Mr. Childers was my atty. a few years ago. I did not choose him, the atty. I chose passed me on to him, why I will never know. Watch out, he is a "wolf in sheep's clothing"! Nice guy but he is truly not on your side. I believe I didn't get my full settlement either because he didn't work hard enough... to get it for me or because some of it wound up into the wrong hands. I will never know. The good things I have to say about him is that he's easy to get on the phone, he will always return your calls and despite the fact that it took him a year to file my case, once your case is filed, he stays on top of it. BUT, beware, when it comes time to settle, he will only show you the forms of communication between him and the defense that he Chooses to show you and personally, I question if those papers were the real deal. He is a very, very nice guy but be careful, what you see is Not what you get! If you don't mind an atty who stays in 5 star hotels on you and who won't give you itemized copies of the fees he has charged you, then C. Andrew Childers is your guy.

I was lucky enough to find Andy after working with a law firm that was, how shall I say, less responsive. I can't emphasize enough how knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, personable and responsive Andy was in dealing with this complicated case. I kind of wish I had more legal issues in my life..., so I could continue to work with Andy.
